Instructions
  1. Set oven to 200°c.
  2. Steam chopped broccoli until tender. Drain & cool.
  3. Once cool, pulse in blender until roughly chopped. Add quinoa, mushrooms, chickpeas and mustard. Continue to blend, pulsing until you have desired consistency.
  4. Add remaining ingredients (garlic, salt & pepper, chilli flakes and flour. Add more flour if mix is too wet and sticky.
  5. Form dough-like patties and place on baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in oven for 20-30 minutes depending on how crispy you like them.
Recipe Notes

Serve with a side salad and potato/sweet potato wedges.
