Strip kale leaves from the stalk. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Tear leaves into crisp sized pieces.
Spread evenly on a baking tray, spray with oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic or other flavouring as desired.
Place in oven. After 7 or 8 minutes, check the readiness as some may crisp quicker than others.
To look at they still look like soft leaves so you'll need to touch to feel the crispiness.
Remove those that are crunchy and replace the remainder back in the oven. Check frequently.
