Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 220°C
  2. Cook quinoa in boiling water according to packet instructions
  3. In a shallow pain, melt the coconut oil. Add the carrots, onions, mushrooms and sprinkle over the garlic, paprika, almonds and soy sauce. Crumble the stock cube over and stir evenly
  4. When cooked, drain the quinoa. Stir in the buckwheat flour
  5. Now mix all together to form a sticky mixture. Shape into 12 balls and place on baking paper on a baking tray
  6. Cook in the oven for between 25-35 minutes. They should be dark and firm on the outside but still soft inside
